Bringing Order to a Crowded Space
Lobby H6 at our university was a lively but often chaotic spot students used it freely for discussions, meetings, or just hanging out. There was no reservation system in place, which led to overcrowding, people sitting on the floor, and a lack of structure. Recognizing this issue, my team and I initiated a solution: a web based reservation system. We worked closely with the campus administration to ensure the system addressed real needs and made it easier to use the space more effectively and comfortably for everyone.
